FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Has two decades of marketing and communications experience, developing national and international campaigns at top ten London agencies, and in senior leadership roles at renowned organisations including Pernod Ricard and News UK.
She has led teams to multiple award successes delivering results-driven PR strategies and campaigns for major lifestyle brands, with notable clients including Land Rover, Nike, Selfridges and the London 2012 Olympic Games.
She has vast experience of managing high-profile talent and delivering major sponsorship activations, both within the UK and globally. In Neon, Amy has built a business with multiple longstanding clients, all of whom have come through professional recommendation, or as a result of previous working relationships.

NATASHA BOREHAM
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Brings over 20 years’ experience gained mostly within the luxury, beauty, lifestyle and wellness sectors, working with large, blue chip brands including Evian, P&G, SKY, Adidas and John Lewis, as well as in senior positions within businesses including De Beers and Stila Cosmetics.
High profile events experience has seen Natasha working within The Oscars, The National Television Awards and the main Fashion Weeks; she also has extensive knowledge of sustainability PR and marketing, delivering transformational campaigns for purpose-led brands.

ELLIE ELLIOTT-FREY
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Ellie has 15 years experience in the consumer PR sector, having worked in agencies, in-house and as a freelance consultant. Brands that she has worked with in the past include household names such as Amazon, Lavazza and DFS; along with start ups and challenger brands.
As a freelance consultant, Ellie has specialised in wellness and fitness. She knows the UK media landscape like the back of her hand and has a fantastic 'Little Black Book' of media contacts in the lifestyle press. She has a targeted approach to media relations, tailoring ideas that will work for individual publications to secure stand out coverage.
